St Clement’s is part of the Scottish Episcopal Church http://www.aberdeen.anglican.org/ here in the Diocese of Aberdeen and Orkney http://www.aberdeen.anglican.org/index.php/news/. The church was planted in Mastrick just over 50 years ago with the purpose of reaching out in the area. Today our passion is still to serve and be a vital part of the local community. In January 2008, the roof blew off the church and the interior was destroyed by the rain. The church was redesigned and rebuilt and opened again in 2009. It is now a beautiful bright and airy church which retains its holy atmosphere and yet is warm and inviting in the winter.
We have a good sized church hall which is used regularly by various groups such as Line Dancing on Monday evenings, Swedish style keep fit and Karate on Thursday evenings and our Parent Toddler group on Wednesday and Friday mornings from 9.30 to 11.30. (hyperlink to our poster for parent toddlers??) Our hall is available for hire for other functions such as children’s birthday parties, ceilidhs or other social groups. If you are interested please contact Nancy Wilson on 486958. (maybe should be Alan’s number here??)
